Refunds: Please note that you can cancel your subscription to JapanConsuming at any time and we will refund the remaining portion of your subscription. For example if you subscribe in January and cancel in September, we will refund you the value of 3 month's subscription. In addition, you may cancel your order and receive a FULL refund within seven days of your order or delivery, whichever is the later. To cancel your order, please contact us. Following confirmation of your wish to cancel, we will make a refund to your credit card within 14 days (payment of funds by your card company to you may take longer).
